Mental Health Information
Last night Dr. Rick Biesinger presented a youth fireside. Here is the document that was passed out during the fireside.
I was interested in the topic so I listen at home and really thought the information he shared could be useful to all of us.

Heidi Bachman
Hello everyone! I am so excited for our new ward family! I feel like we are having a big family reunion! My name is Heidi Bachman and my family has lived here for 16 years. Steve and I have 3 kids-Carson is 14, Josh is 11, and Ashley is 7. Our kids keep us pretty busy running around to ball games, dance, and other activities. But, I love it!! We also enjoy being outdoors, boating, sports, and spending time together. I am a teacher in Davis School District and this is my 20th year teaching. I absolutely love my job-even with all of the crazy stuff going on this year. My kids tell me that my talents in life are making great sandwiches and talking. With that being said...I am super excited to get to know each one of you!!!
Lana Slater
Hey girls! I'm Lana Slater. My husband Matt and I have been married for 8 years (9 years Oct. 28) but have been together since 2005 (we dated for 6.5 years). We have 3 wonderful kids, Madalynn (8), Henry (5, almost 6), and Troy (2). We moved to West Haven in 2015. I am a stay-at-home mom who loves to craft, bake, play games, bike, camp, and organize. I also love when my kids play with my hair. I grew up in West Weber and Greenwell is my maiden name.
Kristi Humble
Hi, I'm Kristi, I've lived in this area for almost 19 years. My husband Justin and I moved here from the Seattle area back when we were young and cute and had only one tiny little girl. Now we have 6 amazing children Kyli is 20 and serving a mission, Sky 18 and a freshman at SUU, Tally is almost 17 and a Junior at Roy, Coltrin (14), Lily and Luke (12) are all at Sand Ridge. Just fyi we also have 1 dog, 1 cat, 10 chickens, 4 ducks, several kinds of exotic pheasants and quail (and 1 lizard -he's new). Justin and I have been married for 26 years and are still enjoying the adventure (6 kids have definitely added to the fun). We both served our missions in the Geneva. Switzerland mission, which is where we first met. I am a stay at home mom and mostly love it (love the mom part, just not always the stay-at-home part). Justin works for the Forest Service; he is one of the smartest people I know and a great person to have around if you need help building something (or taking it apart -come over and see our double-decker motorhome). I love this area; we have super neighbors and there are so many beautiful things to see. I enjoy reading (a lot), sewing, painting, going on walks, baking (and unfortunately eating), taking pictures and hanging out with my family.
